Bukola Jolugbo
Bukola Jolugbo, fondly referred to as Kiki, is a visionary and a catalyst for developing remarkable boys into elite leaders. She is well known for her commitment to supporting families and for her love of fostering enduring ties between fathers and teenage boys. Bukola, who holds a degree in Business Process Improvement Engineering from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom, founded Joshua’s Army, an international organisation that offers community, resources, and mentorship to assist parents in raising their adolescent sons into morally upright men. Noami’s Tribe, her most recent project, is dedicated to helping moms raise exceptional sons. Bukola works with families, fathers, mothers, and teenage boys as a coach and mentor. She employs methods that encourage fun, communication, and spiritual development for the entire family.
What we do
My strong dedication to strengthening families and changing lives is the foundation of my work. As the founder of Joshua’s Army, I oversee a global group that helps parents purposefully develop their adolescent sons into wholesome men by offering mentorship, resources, events, and community. I provide families with useful and life-changing programmes through projects like the Boyz2men Institute, Boyz4Real Academy, Parenting Today’s Teenage Boys Summit, The Better Dad Club, and Dad & I Dinner. My latest initiative, Noami’s Tribe, is aimed at helping moms raise exceptional kids. This group of moms is evidence of my conviction that parenting has great influence and helps mould the next generation of males. I work with families, fathers, mothers, and teenage boys as a coach and mentor, employing strategies that foster delight, communication, and spiritual development for the entire family. My vision is for boys to become world-class men by leading complete, purposeful, intelligent, and well-developed lives. PHOTO I work as a consultant in the UK public sector with a focus on user experience analysis. I coach and advise members of the Black Ethnic Minority group on how to best use their technical expertise and soft skills for professional advancement.

Joshua’s Armie is a traiblazing nonprofit organisation committed to helping boys grow up in homes so they can become strong, independent men. Our goal is to provide boys with the the values, abilities, and skills they need to overcome obstacles in life and rise to positions of leadership in their communities. Joshua’s Armie is transforming the future, one boy at a time, by promoting community involvement, educational initiatives, and mentoring.
