I believe that raising exceptional men begins with intentional parenting, healthy family relationships, and the values we model every day. My work is driven by a passion for helping parents raise boys who are grounded in character, confident in their identity, equipped for life, and prepared to lead with purpose. Through Heritage Forge, I bring together my experience in coaching, mentoring, leadership, and personal development to help families build stronger foundations and create a legacy that lasts.
MY STORY
Beyond What I Do, There Is a Purpose
I am Bukola Jolugbo, fondly known as Kiki — a family strategist, coach, mentor, speaker, writer, and mother of two wonderful sons.
My journey combines a background in engineering, business process improvement, and professional development with a deep commitment to family transformation and the development of boys into exceptional men.
I hold a degree in Business Process Improvement Engineering from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. With professional experience in business technology, process improvement, and training, I have developed a practical, structured approach to helping people identify challenges, discover possibilities, and create meaningful change.
Over time, my passion for people, parenting, and the development of young men has grown into a wider mission: to help families become more intentional about the environments they create, the relationships they nurture, and the legacy they leave behind.
I understand that raising children is not simply about meeting their needs today. It is also about preparing them for the responsibilities, relationships, decisions, and opportunities that lie ahead.
That is why I am committed to equipping parents, supporting mothers, encouraging fathers, and helping boys develop into wholesome, confident, and purpose-driven men.

This Is Personal to Me
As a wife and mother of two sons, I understand that family development is more than a professional interest. It is a responsibility that begins in everyday life. The conversations we have, the values we demonstrate, the boundaries we establish, and the relationships we build all contribute to the people our children become. I believe that parents do not need to have every answer. They need the willingness to learn, the courage to grow, and the right support to make more intentional choices. My desire is to help families approach this journey with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose — creating homes where children are equipped not only to succeed, but also to become people of character.
