Meet Kiki, Our Founder
Bukola Jolugbo, fondly known as Kiki, is a Relationship Architect, Parenting Strategist, and Certified Visionary Leadership Coach passionate about helping parents raise boys into wholesome, exceptional men. She is the founder of Joshua's Army, home to transformative initiatives for boys, men, and fathers. She is the visionary behind the Life and Legacy Lounge. Out of her deep desire to empower mothers raising sons, she also founded The KingMakers Tribe.
With a background as a Cranfield-trained Process Engineer and User Experience Specialist in the UK Public Sector, Kiki blends professional expertise with biblical values to strengthen families and build lasting legacies. Above all, she is a God-girl, devoted wife, and proud mother of two amazing sons, committed to intentional parenting and legacy building.
